How is an owner’s representative different from a general contractor?
A general contractor manages construction delivery. An owner’s representative supports the owner with coordination, oversight, and decisions across the project. We define Kohn’s role and responsibilities at the start of each engagement.
When should I bring in an owner’s representative?
Early involvement helps establish priorities before major decisions are made. If your project is already underway, we can discuss where you need support and agree on a scope that fits its current stage.
Can you work with my existing architect and contractor?
