He works with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to keep scope, budget, quality, and schedule aligned from preconstruction through completion.
His background combines architectural education at Florida International University with owner’s representation and contracting experience across private and public projects. That perspective helps him anticipate constructability issues and guide timely decisions.
